Grilled Lamb Burgers

Ingredients (for four people):

  • 400 g minced lamb meat
  • Onion finely chopped
  • A teaspoon of salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Half teaspoon red chili powder
  • One teaspoon ground cumin
  • A handful of minced mint
  • Sliced ​​cheese to taste

Method of preparation:

We put the minced meat in a large bowl and add all the ingredients, except the cheese. Mix well with your hands so that all the spices are well integrated into the meat. Next, we put an oil droplet in our hands and start making portions with the minced meat. With these quantities, we can prepare about four hamburgers.

We put each of the portions on the grill and do for 5 or 10 minutes on each side, depending on the cooking of the meat we want. When they are ready, we place a slice of cheese on top of each of the hamburgers and cover until it has melted. After a few minutes, we remove from the grill, and we can place the hamburger between toasted bread and add other ingredients such as tomato, lettuce, or the sauces that we want. Really delicious!
