Prawns With Chives And Hot Sauce

Ingredients for six people):

  • About 20 large prawns
  • Two tablespoons fish stock
  • A chive
  • A spoonful of sugar
  • A teaspoon of hot sauce (Sriracha type)
  • A clove of garlic, minced
  • A tablespoon and a half of chili
  • One tablespoon of water
  • Some coriander leaves
  • Lime Juice

Method of preparation: To begin, we peel and clean the prawns well and let them dry on absorbent paper towels and reserve. In a separate bowl, add the fish broth, the finely chopped chives, the sugar, a spoonful of hot sauce and a clove of garlic, minced. When we have mixed all the ingredients well, add the prawns inside the bowl and let marinate for 15 minutes so that they are impregnated well with the sauce.

Then, we put three prawns on each of the metal skewers and place on the grill until they are well done on both sides. Finally and, as an optional resource, we can make a sauce with chili, water, cilantro, and lime juice that can be a perfect vinaigrette for this delicious recipe.
